  The people were quite rude. They also charged my wife $80 over the quoted price online to ship it from their store. It was highly disappointing. When attempting to bring this up with customer support they took zero accountability or responsibility. It is a rip off to use their in store services. Opt for Fed Ex or UPSP before ever coming to one of these.

  Long wait, rude service. I got the help I needed, but it came with an entirely unnecessary lecture that wasted more of my time.
