  My time at this place was 3 years. This complex has switched management and staff multiple times, they let hoodlums control the community. riding motorized bikes throughout the day nearly running over the residents. placing wet mud on the steps so they can see residents fall. (I was one of the residents who fell, calls and complaints to the "rent a cops" and maintenance yielded no action) When it snows they don't shovel leaving it up to you to figure out how to walk around without breaking a hip. If you are on the first floor you better beware of your upstairs neighbors who throw cigarettes off their patio. At least 3 times that i know of the fire department was called to put out fires for this type of incident alone. Cars have been broken into, there have been issues with mold. If you find yourself lucky enough to be able to leave don't worry about cleaning up because no matter how much you clean up when you leave they will find a way to charge you extra fees. It is just one of their income streams. Don't try to setup a payment plan to pay their illegitimate fees as they send you to collections immediately in an effort to ruin your credit.
