  I've been here 3 separate times in the last year and had 3 'problems' with the staff, they just don't seem to want to be there.
  Most recent time:
  My wife just came from getting us lunch, for anyone local we live out by hillsboro airport, really just a straight drive down cornell. My wife entered the story while the single staffed location was working a togo order. The employee told her she needed to wait until she was done and wouldn't assits her.
  It took my wife almost 20mins to get 3 sandwiches. She also commented about being told to not stand near the ingredients.(Even though they have proper safety splash guards)
  2nd time:
  Also they no longer allow looking at the ingredients which is just ignorant, there is a reason every chain shows ingredients to the customers to make decisions faster. The tone the employee used to tell me to come back to the register to order, so I asked for a list to know what they have to choose from. She handed me a beat up piece of laminated paper.
  3nd time:
  We came by looking for a place open because it was the snow storm and everywhere was closing from the snow. They normally stayed open for 2 hrs longer, my wife and I walked in with our two kids and was told by one of the staff that they had closed early. Only problem I had was it was an odd hour, suck as 5:15p and she was making a sandwich for another customer, the open sign was still on. She told us "well it is closed now" and so we left.
  
  I'm not sure I'd blame management for the overall attitude I've seen here. To be honest if I wanted to have a 'Millennial customer service experience' i'd go to this location again. The employees themselves just don't seem to care. It's too bad since it's the closest one.
