  One of my daughters brackets came off a day after they put it on and they decided that it would be okay to let it wait until her next appointment 6 weeks later. Would they be OK if I decided to wait 6 weeks til my next payment. Seriously 6k and they don't even fix a small problem from the day before in a prompt manner. No customer service here.
