  Customer service for this company has gone down hill since I became a customer in 2009. Sad after almost 10 years I need to switch banks because of the poor service.

  Join this branch about a year ago to get out of the big banking industry too bad OnPoint won't even do a credit score check for you if you ask them to.
  I thought they're all about helping their customers and Community guess I was wrong.
