  Oh my goodness!!! This is the worst Old Navy I have every wastes my time shopping in. My first visit I witnessed someone shop lift 3 bags full of items along with about 50 items still on the hangers ... she walked right out the front door, the alarm went off and nobody, I mean nobody (except me) did anything. I took a picture of the car that shady was driving and license plate, offered it to the management and they didn't even care. HELLLLLLLO!!! I wonder if the corporate office knows they don't care. And I guarantee this happens all day every day! They treat their HS staff like trash as well - setting illegal hours and expecting young girls to leave school early to work - no joke! This place needs to get their act together. The corporate office needs to give me a call if they want names and facts. I have signed statement from past employees. I felt sorry for so many of them as I was shopping and could clearly s we e for myself how these girls were disrespected. I see a lawsuit on the horizon! !!

  Completely disappointed by this location. I shopped here a few days before Christmas and returned the day after Christmas because I supposedly received a 20% coupon if I gave them my email. However the email would not arrive but I received every single other promotion from old navy.
  
  Anyways when I was checking out and discovered that old navy didn't send me an email with the 20% coupon after it was promised to me if I provided them with my email the checkout attendant would not work for me and basically said your loss. I couldn't buy a lot of the clothes because without that 20% coupon it was making a huge difference in the price.
  
  I would not recommend giving out your email even if they promise you a coupon unless you don't mind countless of emails from old navy that mean nothing.
