  They have good product, but they are either severely understaffed or maybe just a little lazy, it shouldn't take almost 20 minutes to get through a 4 person line. One thing I don't like is the amount of small talk going on while other customers are waiting. If I were to run the business I would ensure that customers were served quickly. I have seen people leave while waiting and I myself have have left before when it was taking too long. Right now I doubt I will return unless something changes. I don't know the financial situation of the store, but of ever anyone in charge was wondering how to up profits the best thing to do would be to focus on the main asset, the customer.
