  We called this company because they were very nice a few months ago when we thought we had something in the attic. We started having problems over the weekend - maggots and flies coming out of the brick wood stove enclosure.
  My husband had gone to the outside of the enclosure and found that about 6' up where the enclosure is flat, the mortar between brick and siding had crumbled and left a huge gap. He sealed it.
  The next day, we heard bees in the wall and had one come in where the brick and the ceiling meet. We sealed around the enclosure everywhere that the brick met drywall. That kept the bees and the flies out but the maggots were still coming in.
  We called on a Sunday and were able to get an appointment scheduled for Monday - a big relief since we were to go out of town for 2 weeks later that week and were worried about coming home to a maggot-infested home.
  We figured they'd spray for the maggots and bees and we'd be good. WRONG! The tech wouldn't "take care of the problem" until we signed a 1 yr service agreement ($455).
  I told him exactly what the problem was and showed him where the problems were. He glanced inside the enclosure where the maggots are coming from and said we should seal up the "big cracks" - the mortar joints. He didn't even use a flashlight to look in there to see if he could see any maggots or entry points. He said he's inspect the area my husband had sealed to make sure the seal was OK and to spray up there.
  He didn't have a ladder or anything so he must not have gone up there and he sure didn't spray because right after he pulled away my husband took a ladder and looked up there and he found a hole in the seal with very lively bees buzzing around. The area was completely dry and hadn't been sprayed.
  WE had to spray the hole and then sealed it back up. So he didn't take care of the bees, we had to and he didn't do anything at all for the maggots. So what did he do? He sprayed the foundation for ants.
  It's going to end up costing us $455 so he could spray something we didn't need sprayed and then WE have to take care of the original problems anyway. What a rip off!
