  I am so disappointed in the service we got tonight. I have been eating at Zab Thai for years. My family and I eat there regularly- both dine in and take out. I often refer friends there because I enjoy it so much. At least I did. Tonight we ordered several dinners and I asked the lady on the phone the total and was told 55.00. I repeated it back to her to confirm, she once again said 55.00. I sent my brothers girlfriend with exact cash she showed up and was told 65.00. She didn’t have any extra cash on her. I got a call from “Steve” who demanded the remaining 10.00. After a 15 minute phone call about how he “trusted us to bring the rest of the money” and that “I can’t understand his language”. I ended up giving him my card information even though this was their error.
  I was also sure to mention that last time they gave our to-go order to the wrong person (and we still went back because we enjoy the food so much). He explained that this is a “human mistake” even though to me this was a customer service issue and their staff made an error.
  
  Thank you zab thai for losing a loyal customer and ruining a nice family dinner. Over 10 dollars. That’s Sad.
