  While Dr. Cymon is very knowledgeable and personable, it is often days and several phone calls literally begging her to call back before we get any call back from her. Her staff are very nice and always claim that they are so busy and thats why it takes a long time to get call backs. Really? When current clients who need prescription changes or have concerns can't even get a call back same day or next day then she is either spread too thin or has terrible call back protocols. its super frustrating. I hoe this review helps.
