  I'm giving them 3 stars because they at least helped me get $100 more.
  
  I went in the previous day to make an appointment. I told the front desk person I'd like them to take a look at my taxes but also possibly do them for me because I didn't feel confident. He told me he had the perfect person for me so I set an appointment for the next day.
  
  I arrive on time and an told she's finishing up with another individual so I wait which I'm completely okay with - its tax season, they're busy, I understand. However she calls me back and tells me to pull my taxes up on the computer then leaves to be with the other customer. She then goes back and forth between me and the other customer. I was there for almost an hour and she spent a total of 10 - maybe 15 - minutes with me. She barely answered any of my questions and when I expressed concern about the cost to file for state she told me to go to Turbo Tax, closed out the Windows on the computer, and went with the other customer.
  
  So I went to Turbo Tax, made the changes she gave me, got more money AND paid less.
