  I called Blue Whale to get my home sprinkler system up and running again after being offline for about 2 seasons. When he arrived he seemed annoyed...maybe he was just tired since they've been pretty busy. He rushed the job, didn't notice that 2 of the sprinkler heads were not rotating. He programmed the timer but didn't check to see if it would actually activate the sprinkler system...it doesn't. After I returned from my trip to Colorado, I called Blue Whale to ask them to come back and fix those 2 issues, I left a message and never heard back from them. 1 week after leaving that voicemail, I emailed them with the same request...no response to my email. So unfortunately I'm forced to write this review. I'm guessing they will respond to this and say something like, "sorry for the misunderstanding and not getting back to you" or "we tried to call/email you back but....". The truth is they are swamped with work and I wasn't worth the bother to them. Good customer service is key in today's world but I have not experienced any with Blue Whale. Time to look elsewhere.
