  Joe Shannon is very knowledgeable and personable. Being an older client I appreciated that he didn't 'talk down' to me. He gave me good suggestions and I was able to work on all the stretches and exercises during the week. He tested my progress at each session -- that information is so important as it helps to know there IS progress and to continue with the program.
