  Tonya came highly recommended and she lived up to everything i was told that she would be. She is professional, compassionate and fair. She is a great listener and quickly grasps what each party wants and needs. After each meeting, she sent a detailed email outlining the things that were discussed and how to follow-up on items that needed attention. If controversial things were discussed at a meeting, she handled them professionally and was able to resolve them. Her office staff was knowledgeable and attentive. Her goal is for both parties to be satisfied with the results and she successfully met that goal. She has my greatest respect and admiration.
